Felon Username: stoler202Complaint: [Scamming/Attempted Scamming] The spawn shop owner of Station 92 (stoler202) is attempting to scam users by labeling a nearby sign with "Sell your Netherstars 550$" while in reality,the actual sign that the mentioned sign refers to purchases the nether stars from the user for only 470$.Evidence: Additional Information: This trade sign will catch anyone who is quickly moving through the spawnshops looking to sell the netherstars for a high price.
Thank you @runboy398 for filing this complaint. @stoler202 can you please explain why the sign states you're paying $550 for Nether Stars yet the actual trade sign only give players $470?
It does say the same thing in the other side, saying you can buy netherstars for $650 when in reality they only cost $495. I think he just forgot to change the sign.
@knears2000 that thought has crossed my mind, but instead of closing this out saying "User warned via mail" I felt it was a better option to notify him through this complaint of the issue and then give him the fair chance to tell his side of the situation so that it can be resolved. I appreciate you bringing up another point of view, but you could have pm'ed me about this. Please, no one else post in here unless you have some more evidence to add or you are one of the two members involved in this complaint.
Alright, I am just lazy. I didn't break that sign for many months nor did I stock it. I had no intention to scam whatsoever, pure lazy. @Ladyvamptress I can break it if needed.
@stoler202 thank you for replying. Might be a good idea, if you don't keep up on changing the labeling signs, to just not put a price on them and players can just simply look at the trade sign below to find out the price. For now, what has been done is a GA was brought in and they made those signs blank so no one else will file a complaint over this issue. Just be more careful in the future. @runboy398 as this does not seem to be intentional and the issues has been resolved, no further action will be taken. Please be sure to read the trade signs and not just the labeling signs in the market. Thank you for filing this complaint and drawing our attention to this issue. Issue resolved - Locked
