If he couldn't pay me now I am willing to negotiate a new date and amount, however, I tried to contact him both in game and through forum but no reply till now, if this is what he intend to do I think he should be banned for this.

I have not paid him yet... I was out of town on a emergency with no access to a computer. If i would have known this was going to happen I would not have got a loan. I need a little more time though. Sorry @luccowarleo
Good to see your reply. If you want we can strike a new deal to give you some extra time. However you need to pay more than that amount for an extension.
