Accused Username: @TheEpicLimeComplaint: User violated the rule Section 2 Clause 3.1(Rule 2.3.1) 'Trespassing'. In this case the, user violated my wish for him not to enter my town. The User knew he wasn't supposed to enter, and has admitted it to me. What happened? I sent the user a /mail saying I am not allowing him to enter my town. The user violated this, and flew around my town for 60 seconds or more, and I am upset that he ignored my request. Later on: I managed to get the user to admit that he broke the request. Edit: After reviewing my evidence, I realised the user trespassed TWICE. The first time, I didn't catch him, but he told people in global he did trespass. The 2nd time, I caught him, and took a screenshot. When did it happen? Yesterday the trespassing occured. 18/12/17 Today I got him to admit to his crimes. 19/12/17 Why is it neccessary to take action against this user? I feel it is neccessary to take action against this user because, rules are made to be enforced. If no one enforces rules, what is the point of them. Serious action should be taken to prevent this kind of thing happening again; punishments help us learn. The user did this twice, so it couldn't be an accident, as he claims. Once is accident, but twice is just plain rule breaking. The fact that this occured twice shows the user did not learn, and renders his apology for the first time invalid. You may not return to this region unless the applicant owner or the owner who has asked you to leave permits you to do so, by any means, including setting homes in the region (please see Section 8 Clause 4.) Additional Information: My personal perspective: If someone doesn't want you in their town, you must abide by that, because it is similar to invading personal privacy IRL. There needs to be boundaries, and if those are broken, punishments need to occur. Punishments aren't a bad thing, you look on them and realise the good they do to you - they help you learn from your errors.
I feel like I should not be banned because I have apologized to King as seen in the evidence. Also, My town is right next to Kingsway which makes it hard to stay off. Also, I flew into Kingsway unknowingly, and when I realised, I immediately flew out. Please take this into consideration when you make your judgement.
While I understand that this may have been a bothersome occurrence for you, @KingCharlie9 , I do feel as if @TheEpicLime apologized and was aware that he violated your rules. I checked and I saw that your towns are located next to each other, so I can see how this could have happened on accident. Lime: Try and be more careful next time so this does not happen again. King: I would advise being more empathetic next time, it was a mistake after all. Also, blackmailing another user: ...Is probably not the best idea. Doesn't say in this pm that you would not file?
