Complaint:

I bought a 10x10 plot of land for $750 off of the user in Undead. I went to spawn to get some building materials. I couldn't find the portal to get back to the town, so I asked themightpk through /msg which floor was his portal on. I asked him a few times trying not to be annoying about it. Every time I messaged him he ignored me. After almost half an hour of searching through the portal rooms I found it. I went back to my land and started to build. I then discovered that anyone could come and destroy my house when I'm not on, so I /msg themightpk and asked him if I could return my land and get my money back. He ignored me again. I asked him a few more times. He never sent me a message back. So I placed a sign on my land saying that I was selling the land and if anyone was interested for them to message me. I never received a message from anyone saying that they were interested. So I asked around if anyone could help me with my situation. A user by the name of DrCreeperSlayer told me to file a complaint on the forums. I decided not to because I didn't want to get the user in trouble. I decided to /mail him and ask him what happened. Then I started talking to DrCreeperSlayer and I did some work for him. The next day I did not get on due to my internet having problems. Today I got on and saw that themightpk was online. I /msg him about the situation asking him what was going on. He ignored me. After the third message I sent he replied saying that he banned me for trying to sell my land to other users. I told him that I only did that because he wouldn't reply to my messages about getting a refund. Then I discovered that I had two messages in my mail from themightpk. They said that he was selling my land because it was against the rules to sell land to users when you are not the owner of the town. Also that if I back. I never actually discussed the sale of the land with anyone. I told him that I didn't know that it was against the rules and I asked him again if I could have my money back or my and back. He told me no and said that he banned me from his town. I asked him why. He told me that I broke the rules by trying to sell his land. I asked him if I could at least have my money back. He told me no and told me that I have to leave. I then asked him why I had to leave because I couldn't do anything because he took away all my permissions. Then he threatened to bring a mod. I asked him why was he bringing a mod because I wasn't doing anything wrong. He sent me a message saying last chance. I was in the middle of typing a message to him saying that I would leave when the mod he brought banned me from the server. I don't know the name of the mod that banned me.​

Evidence:

I don't have much evidence but DrCreeperSlayer can confirm that he helped me with the situation. I did screenshot the later messages but I do not know how to access screenshots in minecraft.​

Additional Information:

I never got my money and/or land back. At this point I don't care about it anymore I just want to be unbanned. Thank you for considering.​

 

I did mail you DrCreeperSlayer can confirm that. You also mailed me saying that if I didn't do it again than I could have my land back, but when I asked you if I could have my land or my money back you said no.

 

Why did I get banned for minor grief when I didn't grief anything? Also if you would have said something about the sign before you just tried to sell my land out from under me I would have taken it down without a problem

 

How was I griefing?

 

I used a small wheat farm in his town and I replanted all that I could. I didn't get enough seeds to replant all of the farm
