NUKE pm'd me asking for money to put in lotto to try winning back after he lost a lot. He then asked for 100k to be put towards his mayor app so that he would have enough in his balance to let it be accepted. Instead he threw it all in lotto and lost again. I'm willing to offer a 2 week lenience as he already owes someone 100k due in a week from today.
