    In the very end of the SG he was completely turned around from me. He got multiple shots off while doing this which leads me to believe he was hacking.​

    looks to me like it was lag on your side. You an clearly see the character froze shortly before you died, this is the result of lag, not a hacking client.
    Feel free to gather more evidence if you're convinced he's hacking, but this video isn't evidence of hacking.

    Locked, no hacking in the evidence.
