Felon Username: TomKellyCreeperComplaint: TomKellyCreeper and I made a trade for the town "players". I paid Tom $120,000 and stated in the contract that if I ever lost ownership to the town, Tom would have to pay me $200,000 within 5 days. Did he do that after me warning him? No.Evidence: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.85483/ Additional Information: I would like my $200,000 within 5 days prior to this date.
Hello, TomKellyCreeper - Please explain your side of the story. Also, why hasn't kevin received the money if you removed him, as stated in the contract? Also, BackToThePast , please explain why you are the only owner to this town Left Unlocked 24 Hours For Reply
He sold the town to BackToThePast, or atleast added him as an owner. I have not removed him. This is not of my doing. cracker228989
I purchased the town of "players" from the player kevin24068, before the purchase of the town, it looked like this: Here is the evidence of me buying the town of "players" from kevin24068: Agreement of the town being sold for $130,000. The agreement of full-ownership going to me: Paying the money for the town of "players":
kevin did not "lose" the town, he forfeited it for 130k when he sold it to backtothepast pbrassat17 . Based on this, i have not breached the contract.
If he did sell it, then the 200k repayment would not be needed. kevin was once a sole owner of the town "players", and there is evidence of that in back's screenshots. We are still waiting on his reply.
Yes, I sold the town to BackToThePast but after that I lost ownership. The contract states, "If ownership to the town is lost for kevin24068, TomKellyCreeper must pay kevin24068 $200,000 within five days." By TomKellyCreeper signing the contract, he as another party of the contract agrees to all terms of the contract and failure of the terms would result in breaching the contract.
kevin24068 I will be denying this complaint for the following reasons. 1) You clearly forfeited the town. 2) Our contract system is here to protect people not to exploit them. Do not try to abuse the contract system for this type of thing again. Locked and Dismissed
