Has not paid a 150k loan that he said he would definitely pay back (the loan didn't even have any interest in it).​

I'd like @TomKFC to know that I am not as lenient as he feels (as you can see from this complaint). I will not continue to be asked for a 150k loan every single week.

Also, I'd like to add that the sign he was required to pay at was at /warp hull. Turn around and to the left.​
