However, before I can get to handling this complaint properly, I will first need to see the signed book ingame to confirm that these are in fact the terms that @Trey_B signed on to. Secondly, you say that @Trey_B owes you 200k per the agreement - However, I see no evidence of an agreement to pay back 200k - only an agreement to pay back the loan, which could be interpreted as 150k (the size of the original loan) at the most, plus the 15k worth of late fees from 3 days late - Do you have any evidence to support your claim that @Trey_B owes you 200k?

Once those two issues are cleared up, we can proceed with the complaint.

 

Alright, after discussion in game with @destroyer2441, he has provided me the signed book, which in fact shows that @Trey_B agreed to a 150k loan with 5k late fees for 3 days. However, he does not have any evidence showing that @Trey_B agreed to pay back 200k.

@Trey_B - Please be honest and tell truth about whether you owe 200k or not. And regardless of whether you owe 200k or 150k (plus late fees applied), please explain why you haven't paid off this loan, or better yet, provide evidence that you in fact did pay off this loan. You have 24 hours.

 

Yes I owe him 200k, I honestly forgot about this and would be happy to pay the full 200k

Do you need an extension/more time to pay off these debts? If so, can you and @destroyer2441 come to a reasonable agreement regarding a new time frame for repayment? Or do you have the money? If so, please provide evidence of paying off the loan to @destroyer2441.

As @Trey_B hasn't replied within 24 hours regarding the two extensions, he will be given the 2 week one as it is @destroyer2441's preferred option. @destroyer2441, if the loan hasn't been paid back within 2 weeks, please don't hesitate to file another complaint.
