Hello @Aqua_Luna3, The screenshot evidence you provided shows no content from the users you seem to be filing a complaint against, but rather seems to be a screenshot taken from a prior complaint you filed. Are you sure you have put the correct evidence?
Hello @Aqua_Luna3, After some discussion with the staff team, we have decided to dismiss this complaint against @trintrin3002 and @zr2002 for several reasons. Firstly, as your evidence provided is one screenshot without timestamps, we cannot judge with enough certainty whether these messages put in global and trade were made in a short or longer space of time. The time of day may make a screenshot seem like a user is spammy if they advertise or talk during off-peak hours, for instance, when in fact they may actually be correctly spacing their messages. Also regarding @zr2002's messages, while this may take up alot of chat, we generally do not consider this type of typing worthy of warning for spam, as some users do like to talk in this fashion. However, as a future reference, if you see a user talking like this in an extreme manner, say over the space of many minutes, this may be warn worthy if you provide multiple screenshots with sufficient timestamps included depicting the rate of his messages.
