Felon Username: Turt2014Complaint: Sexual HarrassmentEvidence: Additional Information: I feel like I, and many other females on the server, have been personally attacked by this user just because of our gender and that is not okay with me. I do not appreciate being victimized and talked down to because of my gender. Many other females have been sexually harassed by this player today, and many of them do not wish to speak up. I know that most people would be able to take this as a joke, but I take offence to what was said to me, and I am prepared to stand up to anyone who treats me this way. I have always loved the fact that the majority of the ECC community treated me as the person I appear on the server. They don't care about my gender or my background, or anything else for that matter, but by saying things such as this means that the problems people give females in real life is being diffused onto the server. I do not want any other users, not just females, to go through a similar degrading experience in the future. After that you had the audacity of filing a complaint against me. First and foremost you make me feel personally offended and now you try and make it look like it's my fault that you sent me a sexually demeaning message which aimed to only victimize me and many other players? I hope the staff can bring justice to this user who has inflicted pain upon other members of our wonderful community.

I as a male, as a member of the wonderful community of ECC, and speaking from a standpoint that I have actually seen, witnessed, and experienced harassment in many shapes and sizes, am disgusted. This user has blatantly disrespected many users, especially FEMALE users, nonchalantly disregarded the explicit rules on harassment, and offended many users. I feel like this user knows exactly what he was doing, he intended to do it. And there is no excuse to justify the actions this user has done. He is setting a bad example for the community and I only hope he learns from his mistakes because this sexual harassment could not fly in the real world. Everyone makes mistakes, however if you intended to make that mistakes, it becomes a choice. Turt, you need to realize everything that you say and do is interpreted differently among different people. You have not only lost the respect of many, but also hurt the heart of Chundi_Jr. You caused a plethora of females tremendous amounts of frustration, anger, depression, anxiety, and curiosity. I am going to let you contemplate your behavior and only hope that you will see the error in your ways. I never would have expected this type of behavior from such a veteran user such as Turt. Someone who has read, and comprehended the rules ample times on numerous occasions should know better.
*Sigh* When you said you were reporting me, I thought you were joking. I think this is a troll complaint, but in case it's not, let me explain myself. This is a common internet joke. I say something like "can i have some upsexy?" The other person would then say "what's upsexy?" And I would say "not much you?" Well, feminist rights people get all angry, because gosh forbid you involve someone like you in a joke to do with the word "sexy". And now I have like 10 people up my *** for being sexist, which is totally unlike me. I think I can see how you thoroughly misunderstood the joke, and took this as a poclup line or something, but I think it's insane that this would even be reported. It's an internet joke, I'm sorry you misunderstood and thought I was saying something I wasn't. It's in the mod's discretion, but obviously no action will be taken as mods have already approved me saying this joke, such as exil and xx3. Good day and go equal rights for all, no matter gender, race, or religion.

You're so wrong it's funny. I have no problems with this user and only found out after the pms that the user is a female. I'm not harrassing, so stop.
Let's not blow a childish joke out of proportion. There is nothing sexist, degrading or anything even close to sexual harassment going on here. I'm not going to give turt a warning (Although I recommend quitting with the jokes, it's not appreciated by some users, as you can see), and chundi don't blow childish jokes out of proportion. Locked, complaint denied.
