    After investigating the provided evidence, It seems like @Turtwig2014 had no intent to kill you, as he was just breaking some blocks. He clearly was not trying to kill you, as he proceeded to breaking another block in the roof instantly after he broke the broke below you, signifying that he had no interest into digging further below you. If you happen to find any more evidence, feel free to file another complaint.
