Accused Username: @upmoonComplaint: breach of contractEvidence: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-upmoon.135746/Additional Information: I feel it is necessary to file this complaint as it has been 11 days since the beginning of the scheduled payments and I have only received 1k of the 1.48m debt. the first payment of 100k was supposed to be 10/6/15 (every Tuesday) as stated in the contract. in the last day or so the upmoon has been banned and made no attempt to contact me about payments. he has now been unbanned and still nothing (payments or attempt to contact me). as stated in the contract 75k will be added to the total debt and upmoon will not be banned.
I pmed you in game and we had agreed that since i had other debt with you it would be fine to miss a week or so. since with that other debt i had been weeks early in paying it back
I posted this complaint before you contacted me. I was just getting worried because i hadnt heard from you and the second tuesday of the contract is right around the corner. I just needed to hear from you as you had been banned and there was nothing in the sign 11 days into the contract. Now that you are unbanned and have contacted me in game regarding payments i am happy to withdraw tjis complaint. Mod please lock
