Where did he accuse you? I only see him asking you how you saw him, you explained and then he agreed.
That's not a valid cause for complaint, the user agreed and you thought he was being sarcastic. I think the problem lies in what you think he said, not what he actually said. So the user didn't accuse you of hacking and I will lock this complaint. Locked, denied.
