from what i have seen no staff has said that only one user and all they did is moint out the fact that we both used the word mistake.

Considering you just typed to me the way I said you did, and they way Kconahan did, you confirmed to me that I was right in saying you type the same.

 

He has a point just because they type similar that doesnt really mean they are the same person.

 

You also have to notice how he words things. He types a certain way. Nicodemux said this in a recent complaint and I agree with him and I am just restating it here so the mods can see it.

 

Because they talk the same isn't really a good reason to believe that. In his defence there are some fishy things about this whole thing.

And there is something I would like to state/ask. If this user is proved to be kcon and that other builder is also kcon, when upmoon was busted but his forum account was not banned, why would the builder reveal himself as kcon instead of using upmoon's account to send the message.

 

He never said because of that he is kcon he just pointed out you two type in a similar way.

yes as @Aqqel said i do have a skype the only people that may have it are iti back nicit sols and pat. they are the only ones that maybe have it. aqqel may i ask though how that could help?

 

Just as dumb as kcon too, but what he was saying is, that if you had different skypes then you're obviously not the same user... Maybe.

That is what Unknown said. Obviously you're not innocent, and constantly trying to prove yourself innocent isn't going to work. This isn't exactly something that happens at random. Flaming on this thread isn't going to help anyone or change anything. Whats done is done, just let the moderators do their job. As to why upmoon isn't forum banned is strange to me, but its not my place to be worrying about it. If he breaks the rule he's done, just sit back and watch.
