    i cant the chat simply was spammed by lotto and i cant go back in chat

    I'm sorry to say but if you have no evidence nothing will be done. The staff don't go by someone's word so I would suggest asking people if anyone has a screenshot as you clearly do not.

    Unfortunately if you don't have evidence there is nothing that can be done. In the future please remember to take a time-stamped screenshot by double tapping f2 if something like this happens. If you happen to find evidence of this, or this happens again and you get evidence, do not hesitate to file another complaint.
