150k starting Friday 15th Jan 2016 finishing Friday the 22nd of Jan. 25k per day late after the 22nd of Jan. This is as low as I'm going and as much time I am giving. Don't even try haggle with me because nothing's changing. 25k per day late for 5 days. Do you agree @White_Ninja02 ?
So I've been keeping an eye on this complaint myself... @iStomp__Kittens I am not sure why you want to keep on tacking on late fees. How do you expect him to pay you if you keep adding ridiculous amounts to the debt. *think* You will never get your money if you keep adding exorbitant amounts to it, 25k a day for an 80k loan? Ridiculous. You are digging yourself a hole here by attempting to just keep adding to what he owes you. As for your "current" late fees, he never agreed to them. You rather tacked them on after he agreed to the original 110k payback for 80k and expect us to enforce that. Not going to fly. Not to mention you don't have access to this money in-game right now. Yeah he owes you, but how can he be late if you haven't been in-game or can even collect the money, not to mention no one has shown a screenshot of this "sign" where he owes you and proven it to be empty, you are just going off the word that someone has told you the sign is empty. You are not inconvenienced at all right now. Late-fees are meant to be a minor compensation and/or an incentive to payback something on-time. They are not meant to attempt to squeeze more money out of user just because you "can". I will not allow this to happen. He owes you 110k, no late fees whatsoever right now, he never agreed to them. You may only charge late fees if you can write a contract agreeing on a new payback date as well as some agreed-upon late fees, and BOTH of you agree to all the terms mentioned. @White_Ninja02 This is not a free-card, if you still haven't paid this money I suggest you do so. The agreement you made is clear in the screenshots. You owe 110k. I have decided to close this complaint now. When you are in-game and can prove to us he hasn't paid his loan back you may file another complaint. This is out of hand and I see a clear attempt to take advantage of another user. Its not going to work, for reasons I stated above. Just because you are owed money doesn't mean we're going to allow you to demand unreasonable terms. It accomplishes nothing to bury a player with debt if you ever want to see your money again. Complaint Dismissed
