If he just wanted to give you 100,000 and you didn't give a loan or anything, it's not considered scamming so I don't think you would get your money back.
Regardless, I'd still like to keep this on record as something that willclo has agreed to give me in case he ever appeals.
So you're asking for money you're not owed? Even if he was able to appeal, you wouldn't be given money back at all because you weren't scammed, just owed money that you never had in the first place, making this complaint irrelevant.
@SuburbSomeone Why does willclo owe you money? Please provide evidence showing some sort of transaction.
