Felons Username: xxcjxx00 Complaint: The user was originally after a 100k loan from anybody so I offered the ability to pay half and get the other half from another user which I believe was called Whitesoxfan123. so I loaned him the 50k with a 75k payback in a few days we both then agreed that the pay back date would be on the 7th of January due to Xmas and the new year which I sent in mail a day later and he was online to read this for definite (me and xcjxx00 not whitesoxfan123). I also Stated that the best way to pay be back would be by using a trade sign that I set up on the top floor of my trade shop that would allow him to pay me with out me needing to be on so it was much easier I have since removed the sign as of today. the user has not been on for over a week to repay me any of the debt. This is herby a complaint of the user scamming me for 50k and also the same applies to whitesoxfan123 although I presume he would have to make his own complaint. Evidance this one shows me sending the money him agreeing to pay me back 75k in 5 days which i then extended for Xmas and New year and just talk again about the loan Additional information:I only recently looked and found out that the user had been recently banned for scamming
User is currently not banned. Though, they are currently inactive of 10 days. I have sent them in-game mail and a forum PM. They will be given 14 days to repay the allotted 75k. If you receive the payment before January 20, 2012 @ 6:00PM, please post here. If not, the user will be banned for loan scamming. On another note, I'd like to compliment you for having the proper evidence. +1
ok then thank you i should be able to place a sign in my spawn shop again tomorrow allowing them to pay there if i am not online
