You're getting these messages because @y0landi was shooting you with a bow which whenever you got hit, it sent the message(s). I got them as well, but I don't really care lol. Confused me too.

 

Sorry powertool, wasn't trying to be annoying. You could have talked to me in game... but okay...

 

Whether it's a powertool or not, spamming someone's PM is still against the rules. After speaking with you in-game about this, I have decided that I will be dismissing this complaint under the condition that this doesn't happen again. If you wanted to test a powertool, I'd recommend doing it to someone who gives you their permission beforehand.
