After giving the user an eviction notice, and the 3 day period, I found that I had been removed from two towns that I was co-owner of without any notice at all. The towns of Portobello and Dale, where I have my stuff. My property in Dale was also greifed, totaling thousands of dollars, but thats in the grief report section.Evidence:

I never removed you from the member list, only from co owners. And I mailed you the notice didn't I?
I took all those emeralds cuz u didn't lock them, wanted to protect them from the hundreds of builders in dale. I threw them back to you as well.
If you actually communicated, it would be a lot faster.-

Hello @VivienLeigh,
So after speaking to you in game, it seems this whole situation is caused by an eviction notice that was sent to remove @YourDearKing from another town (none of the mentioned above); as a result of this eviction notice, @YourDearKing has apparently removed you, from his towns (Portobello & Dale) without an eviction notice (hence this complaint). However, this accusation cannot be confirmed as you're currently a member of both of these towns, nor do you have evidence of not being added.
This is a prime example of why you need to collect evidence of everything that happens here on EcoCityCraft.
@YourDearKing, if this is true and @VivienLeigh was removed without an eviction notice, please ensure this does not happen again; to any users. You do not need an eviction notice to demote a user from owner to member (providing there's no agreement/contract) however you do if you're completely removing anyone from a town.
With this all said, I will be dismissing this complaint due to lack of evidence.
