Hello, @BigB_Man. I did tell you that you may report users if they spam you with caps, however, this is not enough evidence to justify repeated harassment or spam. Do you have any other past evidence regarding this?
Alright then. As I said earlier, this is not enough evidence to justify any type of repeated spam or harassment.
