    I have told him to stop multiple times with caps, and he has not stopped. He was also being rude and offensive to me. In other words, harassment.​

    @WeirdBuilder had told me that if zjkhan had sent anymore caps that I was aloud to file a complaint.​

    Hello, @BigB_Man. I did tell you that you may report users if they spam you with caps, however, this is not enough evidence to justify repeated harassment or spam. Do you have any other past evidence regarding this?

    No, not at the moment, but there has been spamming me with caps before now.

    Alright then. As I said earlier, this is not enough evidence to justify any type of repeated spam or harassment. Therefore, I shall be dismissing this complaint. @BigB_Man, if this happens again, make make sure to record an adequate amount of evidence. From what you've provided, there really isn't much that can be done.
