Complaint: Scamming not getting what i paid for, Kevin gave me a plot at a discounted price, and told me i only can build one floor, soo i told him ill pay 4k if you let me build how ever many floors, then he said okay, now he is changing his story, So i said give me my money back because this is ridiclous1!!, i said i pay 4k for the plot if you lets me build what i want
