Minecraft Name: weatherryan

Suggestion: I was trying to check someones past usernames, but i was unable to due to their forum profile being private. I proposal that even if your forum profile is private other users will still be able to see previous names.

Reason: I know you search through the name change applications to find this, but the previous names tab was added for the ability for all users to use for a quick way to find out who they are dealing with.
