    You can't change your minecraft username for another 26 days. What you need to do right now is change your forum username to your current minecraft name (JetGamer8669). You can change your minecraft name to Tony0928 after 26 days on the minecraft website, but you need to change your forum name right now in order to get unbanned. In 26 days if you decide to change your name, you will need to change it again on the forums.

    To keep things simple: Every time you change your minecraft name, you need to change your forum name to match it. This application is for changing your forum name.

    You're not getting Tony0928 because your forum name has to match your MC IGN, I can see its pretty clear you did change your name, so I did it proper for you.
