General Purpose of Contract:
@MAJOR_LENNIX is paying for @v1_Magic 's mayor rank amount of 85k

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Upon contract aproval I @MAJOR_LENNIX will pay @v1_Magic 85k for them to apply for mayor

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@v1_Magic after aproval of contract will apply for mayor rank within 24 hours, after aproved @v1_Magic will then within 24 hours they will then make myself @MAJOR_LENNIX owner of the town then remove themselves as owner.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:yes

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. @v1_Magic has informed me about there upcomming vacation with that in mind we have talked and agreed that if everything hasnt been done b4 they leave myself and @v1_Magic have agreed that we will handle the town transfer when they get back
