All $ upfront, I'll suplly depending on price. What I want included:
-Waterfall enters nice, areas already set up for it
- an anvil room, big enough to hold 500 or so, or at least a few hundred that would boarder the walls
-an ender chest room same requirements as above^
-A brewing room, few hundred that could fit, room for a fair amount of chests that would fit nicely for potion materials
-a ore fortuning room, setup with room for each specific ore
-a very large chest area, big enough for a few hundred+ double chest, set up nicely, using the space well
-a cleverly designed room for each star tool, and the same for max tools
-an ender dragon egg room
-an egg collecting room

If there is not enough room for his, I understand, and can retract a few of the requested rooms above, but the area itself is very large and open, hoping whoever I pick can make the best with every block available, breaking up the rooms nicely.
