Vault of ECC - Statement

As you are most likely all aware there has been a recent incident with @ldw116 loan scamming us and some controversy regarding the safety of investments. The only investment that could be compromised is the one of Ldw116 due to his debt and attitude towards myself and Vault of ECC.

As the founder of Vault of ECC it is my responsibility to ensure investors feel their money is safe. Currently we are in a comfortable position to repay any investors in the future.


We generally don't release details on our assets but this situation calls for it. Personally I have just under $11,000,000 in investors cash most of which is loaned out. Unless you owe VoE money your investment will never be lost. Anyone who wishes to ask questions about their investment may do so via forum PM or reply here. Any of our partners will assist you.

We are sorry for the recent stress and events. Some consider VoE as scammers, they may believe that if they wish. Some have halted future partnerships with VoE, for example advertisements. Without proper proof of me scamming (which I did not, nor did anyone on VoE) these users will be banned for slandering/accusing/general attitude. List of banned users will be below.

Updates will be posted if needed. Above users may not use VoE Services.



The complaint against me may result in myself getting banned for scamming, this is unlikely. If this does occur then investments will remain safe but obviously be delayed. I didn't scam anyone, nor did anyone else involved with VoE as a partner.

Do you have any plans to reform your investment contracts (at least future ones) to make them actually enforceable and avoid any further controversy/situations like this in the future?

 

I was paid to say that I already shouted in the past that I love VOE!!

 

My Emporium, Station #16, will always advertise VoE, and from here on free of charge. There is no reason not to trust what you have built here, and will do all I can to ensure that such trust remains.

 

I honestly do not care. Not interested in a loan and not willing to be in debt.

 

The contract has been updated to include a clause specifically requiring any debts be paid or investments be used to pay debts to VoE. VoE is dedicated to working with both borrowers and investors to ensure an ideal situation and maximum profits.

 

Investments are on hold for this reason. Working with @Nicit6 to establish better contracts. We have a good one now, which was only created recently but need to work on it further. That's why it's temporarily closed. Was my fault for leaving out an important part of the contract, but realistically you can't track money.

Nobody forces you to get a loan. But you are banned from other services such as tool rentals, GFX, and VoE Inc partners services too. That's up to you, the reason was for slander only.

@Shadowblox95 has borrowed $250,000 with $300,000 due 24th March 2016. Funded by @knears2000 - 50k @kevinwelch2001 - 50k @Chundi_Jr - 150k.
