I am not sure if this needs a format I hope not... I was unbanned a couple of weeks ago still banned off vent, since I hadn't appealed. Only just got a mic so I can use ventrilo again
As far as i'm aware, back when I was a moderator, you just use the current Ban Appeal format, and appeal through that.
