Terms of the contract:
The purpose of this contract is to trade a $200 USD ECC (Valued at $37,000,000 ECD) gift card in exchange for Completion of @TheCravedOne 's VMR Booklet.

@TheCravedOne is responsible for sending the gift card codes to @Schloty within 24 hours of contract approval. @TheCravedOne will not use the gift card after it has been sent out.

@Schloty is responsible for Completing the remaining items in TheCravedOne's VMR Booklet Totalling 1291/1384 Items Currently along with any other items that may come until The Booklet's Completion on or before Jan 16th, 2025 by 11:59 Server Time.

@Schloty is required to come up with any changes to this contract with @TheCravedOne's Approval before the final day. In the event that the final day occurs without completion of said booklet (and without approved changes), @TheCravedOne may file a forum complaint against @Schloty for Breach of contract.

in the event that the schedules do not line up and @TheCravedOne can’t put items into his booklet before a weekly reset an additional week will be granted to this contract and in addition @Schloty will take a screenshot of any items collected but not added to @TheCravedOne’s booklet and if a buyout were to occur those items would be subtracted from the total as if they were added to the booklet.

At any time @Schloty may buy out this contract totalling $37,000,000 ECD subracting 250k per item completed past 1291/1384 before the end date (or without an agreed upon extension)

@Schloty is free to finish the booklet anytime before the due date. However @Schloty will be responsible for the completion of this contract until @TheCravedOne has an approved application for the VMR Booklet Medal.

@Schloty would you be willing to screenshot any work you have completed before the reset and if that were the case I wouldn't dock you on those items for the buyout if it was needed, as well as a free additional week extension per week that scenario may occur?
