I am willing to do almost any building project. Houses, shops, or even a mansion! The link has a few pictures of my latest creations from Live Map and QuickTime ScreenRecord. When I can get on ECC later, I'll take some better screenshots. All I need is one picture (more for larger projects), and I can build a structure closely matching it. Post below if you are interested, and I can give you an approximate time and price quote :)

I will be allowed only 1 hour of ECC a day (1/2 an hour now) starting this summer break (June 1 for me) so building projects will go somewhat quick because I can build fast. It wouldn't be a super fast process though, at least a week including time to see the area and figure out how to build certain things. Ok, did my best to calculate that it's approximately 60 blocks wide and 30 blocks high. I can't tell how deep it is, but I would suggest between 30 and 45 blocks deep for it. Would you want it that large? Do you have a plot big enough? If you have room for it, something like that would cost between 10k - 20k, depending on your material choices, and who supplies materials.

Also, I can do scaling stuff fairly well, so if you wanted a smaller version of this, I could do that as well.

I could do a 50x50 in my town, Mansfield for you. I haven't built a thing yet, so it would work out well. You would get access to Goldenarmor12's pumpkin farm in GoldVille if you wanted. How much money do you have right now??? I could give you the plot, and you pay me over time if you wanted. Let me know!

Ok, normal price for a 50x50 is 25k and for a 40x50 is 20k. However, I could take a good amount off since we know that you are trustworthy and you want a mansion build by me on it. How much do you think is fair for the plot, and how big do you want the mansion?
