    You want to rent my melon sword? Of course you do, why else would you be here? Anyway, Here are my renting rates/requirements.

    ***This one is pretty simple, if you don't have the money, you wont get my service. All payments upfront or request Rejected. Reapply in 5 days if still interested.

    ***This one is MOST critical, If you have NO history, or a SINGLE scam under your belt, you wont get my sword. I do extreme back ground checks through-out all of your history. ONLY people with a fair amount of history with renting tools on Contracts, if you did it in-game(and have screen shots) Forum pm me it or post it in the application. If i feel as if i don't want to rent my sword to you for any reason, i can reject it without giving a reason(N/A).

    *Exception: Anyone can rent the sword until then, if you need it, and another client has it you must wait(I wouldn't do more than a 5 hour loan).

    Notes:
    1. The rental will be on Friday or Saturday, I just want to get the contract done now.
    2. I have never signed a forum contract. If you are worried about my trustworthiness, I suggest you talk to origami about our deal, he payed me 85k, with which I applied for mayor, and gave him the town in exchange for one of his. Sparkly did around 50k of work for me in my town, and that went smoothly as well, so could be another reference.
