Item looking to buy: 15 usd in donations, specifically multi-home.

Reasons for buying: I want multi-home.

A few things I wish to list here.

1. I am willing to pay 100k or best offer.
2. I am seaking to buy this on a payment plan as I am in a hurry to get this before the October sale hits.
3. I only have a 35k down payment. (I am still farming atm so this may be higher depending on when you reply)
4. I can make the money by cocoa farming for 10k/day on the week days so 50k a week + what ever I can make from mining after the 10k has been made for that day.
5. If I cocoa farmed my self till I was crazy I should make about 30k a day so if needed I could do that if I start to fall behind.
6. I would say I need 2-3 weeks to pay this back (2 is predicted, but I say 3 so I have some breathing room)
7. if you are a Builder or resident, I will deny any offer you make.
8. I would like a forum contract of this.
9. I would also like to only pay 20k before I receive the donation. (if you would like, I see if any staff members should not mind holding the rest till I gain the donation.)
