    I am selling a 200x200 flat ocean town. I was looking for 60k, but 50k or somewhere in between will do just fine. Heres the problem, I need mayor to add owners to the town. So I will save up 35k and then give you the town after the 50k is paid and i get mayor. If you agree to this, I will start removing the buildings and farms :)
