Hello, I am "Purchasing" a small room to brew potions while chatting at spawn. It can be really anywhere in the town, your choice. (You probably want it underground)

I am willing to pay around 40k for this room. And if I can get a fishing tower in the middle of the room, I will pay an extra 10k. Prices are negotiable. Post below if you are willing to sell me this. Thanks!

• $5 Potions (swiftness, strength, fire resistant, health)
• You get a decent chunk of money, for letting me use a facility under your town which you may never use
• Any of my donation features for free (Free erepairs, cookpots, etc)
