I have an offer I know it is going to be denied but here it goes. You give me access to the melon sword. I will sign any needed contacts. Any money I make from it will 50% go to you two the other will go into a sign made by either one of you that will be for buying an eff seven or rod dependent on what we want. Now how will you know I won't cheat you? #1 I add an agreed upon mod to my town if I steal it (which I won't) you get that. Also I can do the same with other valuble assets of mine.
You can't make a contract with this type of agreement. The mods won't accept it due to it being so open-ended and the inability to monitor/enforce the clause: "Any money I make from it will 50% go to you two the other will go into a sign made by either one of you that will be for buying an eff seven or rod dependent on what we want."
I surprisingly love this Idea, while I can't confirm it right now I will be tagging @MrJiggle123 to get his opinion
I I have to agree with idkhowtoplay on this one, there's no paper trail from it and it can't be monitored.
