Would we gain access to the farm after completion?

 

So a roughly 200x200x5 area would need to be cleared before even beginning laying dirt, water etc?

Clearing, Laying, and doing water/planting I'd run you about 150-200k depending on how much needs cleared.

Higher payment mostly due to that diagonally attaching slab part of the design. Would knock it down like 30k if you were to drop that. Also willing to knock down more depending on how much is done already. Finally, can provide itemized cost list on request.

No clearing would bump the cost to ~125k

 

Based on the slabs in the air and the fact that there's a ceiling to construct as well..

Time: 4-7 days (or less)
Cost: 160k

 

For 175k, I'll have it done by the fifth. That's clearing and block placing.

On a side note: I've built a similar structure in icbomber38's town as well - he would likely be assisting me with this construction.

 

Hmm I can do this for idk 175k? I have an Eff7 pickaxe and the rest of my tools are all max (eff5) which means clearing won't take long and I can do it efficiently.

I can start as soon as this upcoming Monday. Time? Idk maybe a week.... 2 weeks max but most definitely sometime before that.

Eh yea that beats my price by 50k but youre leaving out a he part of the job which is clearing a whole 200x200x5 area.... Thats pretty damn big lol. For just 175k i can do it all and relatively quickly while you just sit back and watch. I will lower my price to 160k total but thats the lowest ill go for everything
