Item looking to buy: Empty town, any size (although I would like the size stated in your post), does not need to be flattened as un-flattened towns would be cheaper.

Reasons for buying: I would like to turn it in to a giant cocoa bean farm. This would generate more jobs, and possibly I may sell perms to it.
Side Notes: I only have 30k, and I don't think I could go too much higher than that. Also, the buyer must be willing to sign a contract outlining that they may not reclaim the town, unless they buy it back for a price I agree to. Even if I'm inactive, they may not reclaim the town.
