I understand that u feel these are very medivial, the one modern thing on there was the town spawn build, as u can see I build with a lot of detail, I can build anything with whatever materials you give me :) Just gotta trust me :D

This is what i did to it, I might add a lil brick on the sides, as the attention is to "focused" if you will, on the center, but lmk what you think.

 

I just built a 20x20 modern house for myself out of white wool/brown clay, cheap materials and still looks amazing. I'd have to screenshot it tomorrow but I could definitely make you something quite fancy and detailed. All my designs are original.

How much money would you like to be paid? (Anywhere from 10k - 35k talk to me ingame about a raise in pay): maybe 13-15k? I'll be sure after building it and checking the prices of the materials.

note: the Youtuber Keralis is my idol in Minecraft builds, so a few things are derived from some part of his channel (Some derived from him, some from other people he showcases) Sorry if that lowers my originality marks. I love using them in my builds.

Hey, I built a house for myself only yesterday- materials collected, house built and furnished in the space of about 5 hours in total. It is slightly smaller than what you are looking for (20x14) although it has 4 floors including the rooftop. It is also very modern as requested. Take a look at some photos and get back to me.

I would like to introduce you to @LanMartuk and his beautiful builds. Not sure if he does builds for others, however, he does a great job.

 

I'll edit in a remodel of the house I built in this post. Note that I will unfortunately not be able to play Minecraft on the 10-20th of Augest. I truly hope that this does not lower my chances of building my creation to you, @Epicmiti .

Ok, I'll try something like an Italian Villa! Sad thing is I only have today to make and post it before I got to get into my vacation. Only time will tell what I will make!

 

Would love for you to pick me and trust me with my designing abilities but sorry I am not willing to do one in single player or something just to copy into ecc, Ill rather just do one build because my designs are unique and one of a kind from my mind :), Thanks for the thought of this anyway, I support any decision u make :D
