I am looking to buy a 200x200 unflattened or flattened town for a huge building project. (Not too many mountains or hilly areas in the town though)
Preferably without a warp or any Pvp arena. However if I like the town enough, I am willing to look past this.
I would rather the town to not have any buildings on it, however, a few I wouldn't mind.
