    What job you will be doing: Outlining a town because I am too lazy to do it. The town is named "Thessaly" 200x200, please do it in water

    Additional Information: I cannot stress enough how much it NEEDS to be in water and that it is 200x200. Please make sure that there is no land in between the borders, except the land under the water.
