i need some to build a big factory in a big space. It doesn't have to fill it up. I need it to produce massive loads of cocoa beans. It does need to be auto farm. If u need me to place dispensers or water I can. I'll need to know how much it will be.

You may want to include some of the details, such as:
- X/Y/Z dimensions of the "big space"
- maybe rows / columns of bean space
- there are limits to "auto-farm" in ECC such as no pistons, no "light harvesting" (mostly wheat), and other restrictions. I believe you can auto-harvest at a certain scale, but auto-plant is a different issue
- definition of "massive amounts of cocoa beans"
- a budget you want a potential contractor to work within, also a preferred building material for the outside of the factory building
