Well it would technically by your town so you would be mayor and WelIkeike would be co-mayor. So at any point you could build a 100 block wall around it. I would seriously not do this he is just exploiting you. You do relise that welikeike is going to make 200k plus per town and you get nothing except a mayor tag. The town prices when up for a reason.
