My IGN: Tilikum3115 Town Name: Risen_Valley Permanent Year-Round Mayors (Board): Tilikum3115, jsbeatkid, designer32, iheartsteak31301 Job Description: - Work as a co-mayor for my town for up to 19 weeks of the 2014-2015 year - Choose one of the listed time periods below - You will be excused from your duties during the weeks of most major US holidays - Receive a free 20x20 plot or pre-built in a pre-decided location - Maintain the town by ensuring the rules are followed including but not limited to submitting grief reports/complaints and removing LWCs of inactives - Sell plots and inform new residents of the town about the rules - Recieve 50% commision on all plots that you sell - With permission, you may build large public buildings and expand the town - Be given the opportunity to renew your contract at no further cost pending board analysis and approval Requirements: - Be ranked Resident or higher - Must not have received any prior User Complaints or Ban Requests - Donate $20,000 towards the town which will be used to buy materials, hire workers, a portal, chat, etc. - Must follow and enforce all ECC and town rules - You may remove residents for violation of ECC rules and act accordingly, however, removing a resident for violation of town rules is not allowed until consent by the applicant owner is given - Need to be honest and trustworthy especially when handling money and plot sales - Must respect the other co-mayors and may NOT under any circumstance remove other mayors and/or their LWC's - Must commit to one of the listed options below for serving as the sole mayor (19 weeks) - Must log on at least twice a week and more frequently if it is obvious that assistance is needed by the residents of the town - Out of the assigned 19 weeks, 2 may be taken off with a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice ***Each period of leave must consist of 1 week (7 days) and may not be split into individual days throughout the month unless 30 days’ notice is given prior to the first day of leave that month.***- Must sign a forum contract that contains your assigned dates, commitments, and responsibilities as sole mayor for one-third of the year (you may request to view this contract in advance) Pick one of the below periods of 19 weeks to serve as mayor of Risen_Valley: Option 1: - August 31, 2014 – November 22, 2014 (12 weeks) - November 30, 2014 – December 20, 2014 (3 weeks) - January 4, 2015 – January 31, 2015 (4 weeks) Option 2: - February 1, 2015 – April 4, 2015 (9 weeks) - April 11, 2015 – June 21, 2015 (10 weeks)
