I've bought the water feature, but for some reason, I can't bypass the 1-minute water placement cooldown only when i'm in the End.

10 times out of 10.

Result:
I get the message, You can only place water once every 60 seconds. Use /buyfeature water to upgrade to unlimited water placement! More information on www.tinyurl.com/eccfts even though I've already bought the water feature.

Expected Result:
No message, just me being able to place water as many times as I want.

Evidence:

 

The water remains if I relog @314. I even showed @koko_2022, he can vouch for it.
