Hello, I own a cocoa bean farm that is over 200 blocks tall and has 4 walls that are 7 blocks long each, and the best part is, it automatically harvests with the break of a few dirt blocks. I am looking to rent it out for 1K per hour and for every 6 hours you rent it out at a time Ill add an extra free hour! You can make almost 8K per full harvest, but you MUST replant!
I also own a 200 block long cocoa bean farm which has 7 rows that are 2 blocks high of cocoa beans. This is perfect for users without fly.
*COSTS*
For every hour it costs you 1K.
Ex:
1 hour=1K
2 hours=2k
3 hours =3K
4 hours=4K
5 hours=5K

If you buy 6 hours or more at a time, Ill add an extra hour for free!
Ex.
You pay for 6 hours you actually use it for 7 hours and the cost is 6K
You pay for 7 hours you actually use it for 8 hours and the cost is 7K
You pay for 8 hours you actually use it for 9 hours and the cost is 8K
You pay for 9 hours you actually use it for 10 hours and the cost is 9K
You pay for 10 hours you actually use it for 11 hours and the cost is 10K
You pay for 11 hours you actually use it for 12 hours and the cost is 11K

If you buy 12 hours at a time, I'll add an extra 2 hours for free! Limit is 12 Hours.
Ex.
You pay for 12 hours you actually use it for 14 hours and the cost is 12K

*EFFICIENCY*

For this farm to be efficient, it is recommended that you only harvest 1 side at a time. This gives plenty of time for the other sides to regrow when you are replanting. Work clockwise around the tower. Its is HIGHLY recommended you have fly, otherwise you wont make much money.

Step 1: Break the dirt blocks on one side.
Step 2: Wait 2 seconds after breaking the last dirt block then replace all of them.
Step 3: Replant about 5 stacks of cocoa beans as the water is harvesting the rest of the tower before collecting them at the bottom.
Step 4: After replanting about 5 stacks, fly to the bottom and collect your beans and finish replanting.
Step 5: After replanting the whole side go to the next wall and start at step 1.

NON FLY SECTION
I also own a 200 block long cocoa bean farm which has 7 rows that are 2 blocks high of cocoa beans. This is perfect for users without fly. This farm only costs $500 per hour to rent with the same payment rules above, meaning every 6 hours you rent at a time I add another free hour. (Up to 12 hours)

DO NOT GRIEF ANY OTHER PART OF THE TOWN.
YOU MUST REPLANT WHAT YOU HARVEST.
DO NOT BREAK THE WOOD ON THE TOWER AND LEAVE THE BLOCK MISSING.
