Currently they are extremely bias to past banned players. Also I tried suggesting many times on perma banning hackers but of course Andrew just says " its fine the way it is" like always not taking any action to it. More hackers play this game. More legit players leave or get banned.

 

Biased to banned players? They have to take a players previous ban into account when handling a ban appeal (Yet again, you can only say these things if you're on the staff team). Might, this is absolutely not in your power to say. You have no right to try and defame the staff team like this, unless you've been on it.

There are so many reasons not to perma ban hackers. Infact, I've been perma banned. If you perma ban a player, that means they literally have no good use on the server. That means you want them gone forever. If you think that way, you don't have the heart to forgive. You'll be on the one to hold grudges, and cause problems. People can change, people can help the community. Why do you think its better to throw them out, than help change them, and grow the community stronger?
