Town Rules​

​

1.Respect everyone. Please keep inappropriate language outside of the town.
2.Please do not grief for any reason. Griefing is absolutely not tolerable in the town and will be an immediate removal from the town. Should there be a grief incident, immediately report it to me (georgegeorgechen) or striking_tyle. Do NOT mark griefed areas with blocks of any kind. Also, if you have been banned for grief, weather it is in Luxembourg or not, you will be removed permanantly.
3.Please do not fight, argue, or anger others in anyway. Should there be a problem please solve it in a mature manner. No swearing, talk about drugs, sex, racism or foreign languages please. We have young players online. May possibly be removed permanently depending on the severity.
4.If you break a block that is outside of your house or room or if you see an area where there is a missing block please replace it. It counts as a grief even if you accidently break a block and do not replace it. Greatly appreciated!!
5.When using the community farm, please replant all wheat, carrots, and potatoes that you farm. Please do not take the bottom stem of the sugar canes and do not break the stems of the melon and pumpkins. Also, please replant any plants that are missing even if you did not take it. It will help keep the community farm as profitable as possible for everyone. Failing to do this will count as a grief and will be permanatly removed. Thank you.
6.Inactivity for over a period of 3 weeks (21 days) will result in a removal. You will be mailed on the day we remove you and you will be given a 5 day period to gather all your items. If you happen to come online and want your property back, you make buy everything back at the price of $2,000. However if your property (ies) have already been sold to someone then nothing will be returned. Also, if you are going to be inactive for and extended period of time mail me the reason and post it on this thread so i don't remove you.
7.Please do not steal from chests even if they are unlocked.
8.Please do not ask to buy plots and please do not hurry me or striking_tyle if we are dealing with a problem. When the problem is solved we will inform you.
9.Please do not mine under the town. Mining under the town regardless of whether it is on your plot or not, it will count as griefing.
10.Do not make any exterior changes to you house or room. Please ask for permissions and some exceptions can be made. Should you make exterior changes without permissions, you will receive a fine of $500 and the changes will be removed. In severe cases, you may be removed permanently from the town.
11.All server rules apply along with the town rules listed above. Please follow them. Thank you.

If you can get another user to purchase something such as a house or apartment room, you will receive a $500 bonus.

Requirements to receive the $500.​

You must be a member of Luxembourg.
The other user that you refer must not be a member of Luxembourg.
The other user must fully pay for the property before you receive the $500.
The referral policy does not apply if you get someone to join your property.

The referral policy will not apply if the user has been previously removed for any reasons.
No matter how many places this user purchases, you will only receive the $500 once when the user fully pays for the property (ies).
