This town was created in memory of my loving best friend Simba (my dog) who passed away last year. You will notice when you spawn in you are greeted by a large Simba statue. He is just saying hello Simba town was just launched 9/22/2017 and is currently undergoing construction and upgrades which is I am offering really big move in specials! This town takes on some Egyptian styles as well as modern. I strive to make sure all residents are happy, comfortable, and can make money here. Simba Town Features: - Various Size Plots for Rent. - Wheat Farm (fairly large) - Carrot Farm (fairly large) - Beetroot Farm (fairly large) - Potato Farm (fairly large) - Nether wart Farm (2 stories) - Pumpkin Farm (huge + making bigger) - Melon Farm (1 level currently) - Coco Farm (Massive) - Town Shop - Resident owned shops (below main shop) - Great fishing! - Free tool repairs for all residents. + More coming soon! Simba Town Rules: - No Griefing! No Exceptions (All Server Rules Apply Here). Please do not break/move/replace any blocks outside of your property (if you happen to break something replace it with the same block). If you do happen to break something and not replace it or tell an owner then it will result in a steep fine which includes cost of the item(s) broken and $2,000. This would be your first warning and after that steps will take place for eviction if it happens again. - Residents that are inactive for more than 20 days (without prior notice) will be evicted and locks will be removed. - Residents must build a house within 3 days of moving in. Failure to do so will result in eviction with no money sent back to you. - When building a house please build with some style (we are trying to make the town look good). Don't just make the house all one type of block. Give it some unique style - Please be sure to lock your chests and doors. - Rent is only a one time fee! - You can build up to 20 blocks high and 20 blocks below your plot. Do not dig past your plot even below ground. This is griefing and will not be tolerated. This also means no putting locked chests outside of your plot and blocks. - Pre-Built homes. Please do not change the structure or blocks of any of the pre-made structures. Simba Farms Rules: - All farms are included FREE for residents. - If you are not a resident please /pm KaylahJacobs for farm perms access. - Please be sure to replant what you harvest. Failure to do so can result in a warning/fine and/or eviction. - If someone else is harvesting before you just ask if you can join in. - Trade signs are only allowed in resident owned shops or classifieds board. Shops must be purchased from he mayor. Simba Resident Shop Rules: - Once purchased these shops are owned by you (one time payment). You are free to sell it or give it up at anytime. Just let me know and I will help you. - Do not build outside of your shop. - Do not destroy any of the original shop blocks. FAQ: Q: How do i get there? Simba Town News: 9/30/2017 It has been an awesome week for the town despite a little bit of greif in the town. We recovered fast and a huge thank you go's out to everyone that helped fix what was broken. Quite a few people have recently moved in and there are only a few spots remaining! Everyone that has moved in has been so helpful and kind and their homes are looking fabulous! Here are a few new things we have recently added to the town: - 3rd floor on the pumpkin farm and added elevators as well as finished the modeling on the outside. - Added new resident shops which a resident can purchase to sell their own items. (located by fishing hole and pumpkin farm) - New train track has been added that takes you from spawn to the fishing hole, pumpkin farm, and resident shops. - Remodeled and relocated the town shop. It is now under the Simba statue and there is a lift there as well. - Remodeled warehouse. - Added some beauty to the fishing hole. - Planted more trees and bushes. Thank you all for helping to make Simba such a great town! P.S. If you are looking for a new home /warp Simba is a great place to live. Only a few open lots remain.
Simba Town News: 10/05/2017 Look! More Farms = More Money! Everything in Simba Town is coming along great thanks to awesome residents that don't mind lending a helping hand at times/ I thank you very much and this is as much my city as it is yours. We all make it a success! - 4th Floor on Pumpkin Farm is now open! (we have been adding floors just about 1 every week!) - Changed up the main town shop layout. Now you can buy all items on the main floor. - Thanks to help by BuildsByGideon we have brand new luxury condos open for purchase! Check the main post for pricing or walk over to them in town to see the amazing view. - Added 2nd floor to wheat farm, beetroot farm, potato farm, and, carrot farm. Currently Working On: - 2nd Floor downstairs of main shop is going to be where people can sell their items to me as well as residential shops. They will be moved over here to help with traffic flow. - Netherwart Farm - Sugar Cane Farm - President Status to expand the town and build a huge melon farm. Simba Town News: 10/12/2017 It's almost Halloween time and the town of Simba has already begun decorating. You will find all types of different spooky things all around the town. We hope you have a fabulous holiday! Come back and check out the town - 2nd Floor downstairs has been completed. You can now find the resident shops there as well as more items for sale including banners! - Sugar Cane Farm has been completed - Nether wart farm has been completed. - I am now president! Which means I got an additional town. This new town section is behind the pumpkin farm and is called SImba Meadows. There will be roads and a train connecting the towns and another town warp as well. - New Melon Farm (only 1 level currently) - Few new beach front plots and a pre-built beach vacation home. Simba Town News: 10/23/2017 With Halloween being only about a week away I thought it would be a nice addition to add some decorations around town! Residents, also check your mailboxes for special treats and gifts this Halloween The town is becoming more and more popular and plots have nearly all been filled except one! There has been a lot going on over the past week at Simba town and I thought I should share some of the recent changes and additions. I also thought I would take some time to explain the new town warp simbameadows. This is an additional 200x200 town that is directly connected to the town of Simba. Simba Meadows will mostly be a resident area and I have already sold some of the prebuilts and plots in the area (if you are interested please contact me). So far in Simba Meadows we have the following: Beach Homes, Fishing Holes, Coco Farm, Melon Farm, Train, and Spawn Point. New Construction & Builds: - New spawn point on other side of town called Simba Meadows (/warp simbameadows) - Huge temple built for spawn point at Simba Meadows (thanks to @Cosmicvibration for the build) - Beach front houses have been completed. - Beach front plots have been laid out. - Coco Farm has been built in Simba Meadows. - Added a brand new enchanted items shop downstairs from the main shop at /warp simba. (buy enchanted tools & armor) - Area in main shop to buy some items with exp. - Halloween Decorations! Currently Working On: - Connecting Train from Simba to Simba Meadows. - New plots in Simba Meadows. - Prebuilt homes in Simba Meadows. - Expansion on Resident Shops. Simba Town News: 11/18/2017 First off I would like to say welcome to all the new residents at simba and simba meadows! You all are what keeps this town going and I am glad you are here. Since the last news post we have moved in quite a bit of people. Had a few people move out due to being gone for way too long. And we have added quite a bit to the town. The holidays are coming and we are going to be decorating the town of Simba and SimbaMeadows. We hope all the residents also take part in decorating their homes. If you need any materials for decorating just let me know and I will get them to you at a discounted rate Our crops have never been better! The wide range of crops makes farming at Simba a pleasure. Enjoy free farming all year round for residents! You deserve it! New Construction & Builds: - Expanded main shop. Now twice as big with more room to shop. - Added new holiday banners to the main shop! - Completed Train from Simba to SimbaMeadows - Few New Plots in SimbaMeadows (by simbameadows spawn) & Simba (by fishing hole) - Resident shops have been expanded and moved to top of the main shop. - New Farm has been added to SimbaMeadows. Stop by and say hi to the animals! - Netherwart farm in Simba is now 2 stories tall. - Fishing Hole got a new landscape makeover thanks to @TrickyZerg10 - Added new repair/smelt area downstairs in main shop. If you want a chest just pm me and I will get one set up for you. (leave your items in the chest to be repaired or smelted) - Sell Item Area is now located downstairs of main shop.
